ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and they are in the process of filing final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Tiruchirapalli. At this stage, this Court does not want to interfere with the pending FIR. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed. It is left open to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
