PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to disburse the amount of Rs.3 lakhs as compensation to the petitioner as per the orders passed by the 1st respondent/State Human Rights Commission, Tamil Nadu, dated 26.09.2022, in S.H.R.C.No.241/22/30/2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.
