ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 15.02.2023 in CSR.No. 88 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the husband of the third respondent are friends. The petitioner requested the third respondent to arrange loan from Bank and he gave Rs.50,000/- to her. After receiving the amount, the third respondent failed to arrange loan and also refused to return the amount. When the petitioner asked to return the money, the third respondent threatened him and also demanded another amount of Rs.7,00,000/-. Hence, the petitioner preferred a complaint before the official respondents herein. However, the official respondents did not take any action as against the third respondent, since she is a political person. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking transfer of investigation.
