O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the direction issued in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1567 of 2020 vide order dated 30.01.2020. The respondent has been directed to file final report within a specified time period.

2.In the meanwhile, quash petition had been filed by some of the accused and it is stated that there is a direction not to file final report. Therefore, the respondent cannot be blamed. Nevertheless the learned counsel states that absconding charge sheet was filed and the same has been returned for certain clarifications. contempt petition later, the contempt petition is closed for the present.
