O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has come forward with this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his daughter, by name, Vivetha, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.873 of 2021 detenue would state that she has married the third respondent on 08.05.2021. Since the third respondent has applied for divorce from his first wife, she is willing to go with her mother Rajakani, who has also accepted the same.
3.Recording the said statement, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
