O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on complaint dated 11.03.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the fourth respondent, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondents 2 and 3 have not received no any complaint from the petitioner. The petitioner sent the complaint only to the first respondent and same is under consideration. 2/5
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint, dated 11.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. The first respondent admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint. 6.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 07.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
