ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was running Aavin Parlour earlier as a franchise. By the impugned order dated 20.04.2022, the first respondent cancelled the petitioner's license. It was without notice to the petitioner herein. On that ground, the impugned proceedings are set aside and the matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent. I place on record the petitioner's counsel's submission that the license has subsequently been extended.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
