Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the appeal preferred by the petitioner pending inA1/2033/15 by following the due procedure under law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by him as against the order passed by the 3rd respondent Tahisldar arising out of a patta proceedings. 2.It is stated that the appeal was filed as early as in the month of January 2014 and till this date the same is not disposed of. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the appeal, I only direct the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
