Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.8.2015 seeking disbursement of compensation towards acquisition of land within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 21.08.2015 through which she sought for disbursement of her share of compensation pursuant to the land acquisition proceedings. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on her representation so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
