ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.23 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of IPC has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also a victim at the hands of A-1 and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner and A-2 are running man power agency and they have cheated the de-facto complainant by getting money to the tune of Rs.95,000/-. Also, he submitted that based on the complaint of the de-facto complianant, a case has been registered, investigation has been completed and it was taken on file in CC.No.42 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai. 4.This Court by earlier order dated 17.04.2024, has granted interim anticipatory bail enabling the petitioner to co-operate for the investigation. It is reported that the petitioner has not co-operated for investigation and also he has not appeared before the respondent police.

5.Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
