Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to production of sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD),No.15603 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017, for surrender before the concerned Court.

2.It is found that this Court had granted anticipatory bail on 04.12.2017 to the petitioner. However, after a lapse of one year, the petitioner have come up with this petition, seeking extension of time to production of sureties.
