This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to initiate action against the fifth respondent based on the complaint given by the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that already an enquiry was conducted and a report has been submitted by the fourth respondent to the second respondent through letter dated 19.09.2023.

3.On going through this letter, it is seen that on enquiry, no irregularity or illegality was proved and accordingly, the complaint was 2/4

closed.

4.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
