ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is the husband of the third respondent. The third respondent lodged a complaint before the All Women Police Station against the petitioner. This is the third complaint before the second respondent. The third respondent also filed D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. The respondent police are harassing the petitioner to vacate the house and prayed to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who appears on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the case in C.S.R.No.232 of 2020 was registered by the second respondent and both the parties are enquired and C.S.R. was closed directing the parties to approach the concerned Forum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
