Heard the learned Senior Ccounsel for the petitioner and Mr.RAgatheeshkumar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.With consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.This writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the show cause notice dated 02.12.2025 issued by the first respondent, through which, the report of the Enquiry Committee has been communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner is afforded an opportunity to submit his further explanation /objections against the report of the Enquiry Committee. As the impugned order is only a show cause notice and the disciplinary proceedings are yet to reach its finality, this Court is
not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. The petitioner has ample opportunity to raise objections of any nature - whether against the report of the Enquiry Committee, the manner in which the enquiry was conducted, or the nonavailability of sufficient evidence, by submitting a further explanation. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit his further explanation/ objections to the report of the Enquiry Committee within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on submission of such further explanation/ objections by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents and appropriate order shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of submission of objections/ further explanation by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 25.03.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk
