2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that following the filing of contempt petition, the benefits payable to the writ petitioner were settled. The 2/4

learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that the benefits have not been settled in full and that he has still some grievance to adjudicate.

3. Since this is the appeal filed by the State Government, we do not want to go into this controversy. Since the State itself states that there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter, the writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. (G.R.S., J.)
