This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 to 4 herein to take appropriate steps to conduct a peace committee meeting for conduct of smooth yearly Temple Festival of "Sri Sithopli Silanthayi Amman Temple" situated at Karumipati Village on 06.04.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the permanent residence of Karumipati, Musundapatti Group and in their village, a famous Temple namely, "Sri Sithopli Silanthayi Amman Temple" situated at Karmipati Village and there are four karais to conduct poojas to the Temple. While so, the respondents no.5 and 6 have prevented the petitioner's karais and 2/6
his family members to participate in the Festival, which is scheduled to be held on 06.04.2025 and ex-communicated the petitioner and thereby, he sent a representation on 28.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has filed this petition to conduct a peace committee meeting between the parties.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents no.1, 3 and 4 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and they forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that they received the proceedings from the respondents no.3 and 4 and they will conduct peace committee meeting with both the parties by tomorrow itself i.e. on 05.04.2025.
5. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents no.5 and 6 is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

6. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting by issuing notice to the private respondents no. 5 and 6 and complete the same by tomorrow itself i.e. on 05.04.2025.
7. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
