ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.74 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in this crime number has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and also the cognizance taken on file in C.C.No.124 of 2022.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
