This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of their share (Rs.16,10,000/- with accrued interest and cost) in the credit of MCOP No.9/2020 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Mahila Fast Track Court), Theni, pending disposal of the C.M.A(MD) No.929 of 2025.
