Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey and identify the petitioner's free housing plot situated at Ramanathapuram District, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Mudhukulathur Group in Survey Nos.24/4B, 24/5, 286/3A and 2863B considering his representation dated 14.11.2015 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey and identify the petitioner's free housing plot in Survey Nos.24/4B, 24/5, 286/3A and 3863B situated at Ramanathapuram District, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Mudhukulathur Group. 2.It appears that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 14.11.2015 to the respondents seeking for survey and identify his free housing plot. 3.Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
