Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents objected the relief sought for by the petitioner, as there is a rival group in the area, which riased an objection before the respondent in the last year.

4. Taking note of the submission made on either side, I direct the respondent police to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.12.2015 and 16.12.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 23.12.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
