Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To call for the records of the 1st respondent in GTMO 21/06/2019 dated 29.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reimburse the Medical Expenses of Rs.2,56,787/- incurred by the petitioner for taking Medical Expenses at G.Kuppusamy Memorial Hospital, Coimbatore with 12 percent interest from date of remittance of the amount to the Hospital till date of payment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that with reference to the claim made by the petitioner for Rs.2,56,787/-, the respondents have already settled a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- on 27.07.2021. As per the respondents, they have settled the eligible amount. If there is any error or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal.
