Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned auction notice in Na.Ka.No.447/2015/A2, dated 17.10.2015, on the file of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein, published in "Daily Thandhi" Tamil News Daily and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to remove the permanent structures made in the platforms and roads in Sannathi Street and beach road and further to remove the garbage and plastic wastes deposited near the sunset point parking area and around the Kovalam beach in Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari District.
