The petitioner by name, V.Persis, has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal dated 16.03.2022 forwarded by the fifth respondent, the Correspondent, CMS Evangelical Primary School, Vadavurpettai, Tirunelveli District.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Mr.D.Gandhi Rajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a proposal for promotion was sent to the official respondents for releasing grant-in-aid on 16.03.2022 and the same was pending till date and the petitioner's salary has not been paid so far. Hence, he seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's proposal.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the proposal would be considered within a period of four weeks.
5. Placing on record the said submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal dated 16.03.2022, for release of grant-in-aid, sent by the fifth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
