Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the persons or bodies of the petitioner's daughter named Poonkodi wife of Manikam, aged about 22 years old, petitioner's son-in-law Manickam, S/o.Rajan, aged about 26 years old, petitioner's granddaughter named Keerthiga, D/o.Manickam, aged about 1 years and 4 months old and petitioner's relative namely Mahesh, W/o.Rajan, aged about 45 years old before this Court and set them at liberty.

submitted that already cases have been registered against the detenu viz., Poonkodi, Manikam and Mahesh and now they are in judicial custody. He has also produced copies of FIR registered in Crime Nos.163 of 2018 and 336 of 2018.

2.In view of the above submission, we are not inclined to pass any order in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is dismissed accordingly.
