2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already furnished sureties. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
