Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the third respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2015 sent through the Petitioner's counsel for the cancellation of the cancellation deed, dated 18.4.2015 bearing Document No.721 of 2015 cancelling the settlement deed, dated 22.4.2009 executed in favour of the Petitioner's deceased wife namely A.Nivetha under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act as well as based on the Circular No.67, dated 3.11.2011 issued by the first respondent herein within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2015 2.Heard the submissions made by Mr.B.prahlad Ravi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the third respondent has already completed the enquiry and now he has to pass orders. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 10.08.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
