ORDER

The petitioners in S.O.P.No.43 of 2020, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, have filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the said petition.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the respondents herein has filed I.A.No.1 of 2023, to implead certain third parties and I.A.No.2 of 2024, for effecting service through paper publication.

3.Considering the fact that the petition is pending for the past 5 years, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the proceedings on or before 31.12.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
