Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.B6/RDR/1008/2015, dated 14.08.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to issue patta to the petitioner for an extent of 60 cents of land in Survey No.244/1 situated at Melarajakulamaran Village, Rajapalayam Taluki, Virudhunagar District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent / Tahsildar is going to consider the request of the petitioner and accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ petition.
