ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15508 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.1226 of 2023 dated 07.03.2025.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court while granting interim stay vide order dated 07.03.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit 75% of the arrears of maintenance amount on or before 21.03.2025 before the trial Court and when the matter was taken up on 24.03.2025, the petitioner appeared in person and at his request, the matter was adjourned to 07.04.2025 for reporting compliance. Meanwhile, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of time and seeks three months further time for compliance.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant time as claimed by the petitioner. However, time is extended till 21.04.2025 and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 07.03.2025 on or before 21.04.2025. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
