Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish one surety as his father and instead of another should be a blood relative, he shall furnish the another surety as his one of the relatives and two weeks further time also is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties. Other conditions shall remain unchanged.

3.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
