Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.BALAMURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3079 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 01.03.2024 to 15.04.2024.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3079 of 2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a further period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
