This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.169/2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 169 of 2024 and for the same, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, through e-filing on 07.12.2024. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also completed the investigation and filed the final report, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
