Mr.G.BHAGAVATH SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court vide Order dated 28.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9139 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.810 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - Police.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4.
