Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2015 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and thereby regularize the petitioner's service as well as to pay the salary for the period between 14.09.2013 to 10.12.2013 subsistence allowance for the period 11.12.2013 to 17.12.2013 and to pay the salary for the period from 18.12.2013 to till date and further directing the 3rd respondent to pay the salary to the petitioner every month continuously.
