ORDER

The petitioner seeks for grant of patta in respect of the land situated at Survey No.45/1b measuring an extent of 1332 square feet, 3 cents situated at Nilakottai village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Seeking for such benefit, the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent on 04.11.2015. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as this Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.
