2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is represented that petition enquiry is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that only petition enquiry is pending, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested by the respondent Police.
