O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner along with her family members by performing Katta Panchayat by money disputes of the Petitioner by compelling the petitioner along with her family members forcibly give Exorbitant Interest to the 3rd respondents and directing the consequential orders.

2. Considering the nature of allegation that has been made against the petitioner, this petition cannot be entertained. Let the genuineness of the above said complaint must be ascertained by the respondents Police.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though it is the transaction between the petitioner the third respondent herein, the family members of this petitioner are summoned by the third repsondent.

4. Mere summoning the family members of the petitioner will not be called as harassment. But for what purpose, the above said summon has been issued, can be known only during the course of enquiry. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if it is found by the enquiry officer that the family members of the petitioner are 2/4

not involved in the transaction issue, they can be exonerated.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
