This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner borrowed some money from the fourth respondent and he has also repaid the same. But, now a complaint has been given by the fourth respondent stating that the petitioner has not repaid the money.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the dispute is purely civil in nature, the third respondent is going to close the complaint.
