ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 328 IPC, Section 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 and Sections 7(5) and 20(2) of the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003, in Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found illegal possession of the Tobacco products, causing health problems. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was found more than 1000 kg of tobacco product and investigation is not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
