ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.B.BALAJI, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the official respondents to approve the existing prescribed easementary right of way and access to the petitioner's property in Survey No. 131.

2.The petitioner relied upon the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, which itself indicate that there is an alternative pathway available. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is clear that the petitioner assumes that he has a prescriptive easementary right. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to show that such easementary right has been declared by any competent Civil Court. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if any, before the competent Civil Court, subject to the law of limitation. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
