Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.DIVAKAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.12283 of 2023, dated 27.09.2023.
2.The petitioner has filed the anticipatory bail petition before this Court and this Court while allowing the petition, directed the petitioner to deposit the title deeds to the tune of Rs.37 Crores before the trial Court. The petitioner has not complied with the condition and filed the applications seeking for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12283 of 2023 and also seeking for extension of time to furnish the sureties in Crl.M.P(MD) Nos.17938 and 17940 of 2023 respectively. This Court vide order, dated 08.03.2024 dismissed the aforesaid petitions.
3.As against the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has approached the Hon'ble Apex Court seeking for modification of the condition. At this stage, in the present petition, the petitioner has sought for extension of time. 4.Since the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. However, 2/3
