ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.255 of 2020 on the file of Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District to some other investigating agency.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was assaulted by one Shanmuganathan and others. He lodged a complaint while he was undergoing treatment in the hospital. In the FIR, the name of the Shanmuganathan was not included and prayed the investigation to be transferred to some other Police. 3.Mr.M.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appears for the respondents, submitted that the case was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
