2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, dated 26.09.2016, under which, pension is granted to each of the petitioner herein. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, these writ petitions have been closed. No costs.
