No.3894 of 2020 in CMA(MD).SR.No.27097 of 2020 - - - - - The Hon'ble High Court, in its order under reference cited, has directed the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, as to get an affidavit from the Amina, who has filed a report stating that no such address in Tennur containing the details as to when he went to the said address and from whom, he got the information that there is no such address? And sent the same to the Registry. As directed, you namely the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is hereby required to sent the affidavit to be received from the Amina as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 14/12/2020 as the matter stands posted on 15/12/2020 as the first item.
