PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his impugned proceedings in No.NIL dated 16.02.2026 and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and further direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 13.10.2025 to issue Patta within the stipulated time which this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.
