[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's son namely, B.R.Nagarajan, aged about 37 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.P.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would state that the detenu has appeared before the second respondent police and after obtaining statement, now he is with the petitioner. 3.In the light of the above statement, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
