ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.157 of 2018 befor the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 157 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de-facto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
