The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for dissolving the marriage at the instance of the husband in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2020, on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Dindigul.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned Counsel for the parties agreed for transfer of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2020, from the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore to the file of the Subordinate Court, Madurai.

3. In view of the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Cuddalore is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2020 to the Subordinate Court, Madurai, forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

The learned Judge, Subordinate Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.126 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the papers from the Family Court, Cuddalore, after due notice and opportunity to both parties. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
