ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to grant retirement benefits. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he retired from service on 30.04.2014 on attaining the age of superannuation, his retirement benefits are not disbursed so far. 3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's retirement benefits will be paid according to the seniority and also with 6% interest as already directed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in respect of similarly situated persons.

4.Recording the above said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner in accordance with the seniority with 6% interest. No costs.
