This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the bus stop shelter, that was put up in the property belonging to the petitioner by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 07.04.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent submitted that the bus stop shelter has been removed. 3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
